Rights of those concerned

The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of that data and to know the content and origin, check the data are correct and request supplements or updates, or corrections (article 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003).
In accordance with that article, those concerned have the right to ask for the deletion, conversion into anonymous form or blocking of data treated in violation of the law including, where necessary, objecting to the treatment for legitimate reasons.
